Shipping Destinations
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom. If you wish to place an order for delivery outside the UK, please contact our Customer Support team before placing your order.

Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment has been received.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–7 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only. Unexpected circumstances, including adverse weather conditions, customs procedures or courier delays, may occasionally result in longer delivery times.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order and delivery location. The exact shipping fee will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, AlphaCore may offer free shipping promotions. Any qualifying offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can track your parcel by:

  • Following the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • Tracking directly through the courier's website.

Delivery Issues
Order not received?
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our Customer Support team at contact@alphacore.store. We will investigate the shipment and assist you as quickly as possible.

Parcel arrived damaged?
If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify the courier immediately if possible and contact us as soon as possible. We may ask you to provide photographs of both the packaging and the product so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

AlphaCore cannot be held responsible for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected from the courier or local collection point, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Customs & Import Duties
Orders delivered within the United Kingdom are not subject to import duties or customs charges.

For deliveries outside the UK, local customs duties, VAT or import taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the customer.
