These Terms & Conditions apply to all transactions carried out through the AlphaCore website. By placing an order, you fully and unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern the rights and obligations between AlphaCore and its customers regarding online sales. They apply to all orders placed through our website.
Products
All products offered for sale are displayed on our website, subject to availability.
Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible; however, slight variations (such as colour shades) may occur.
Order Cancellation After Confirmation & Shipping Preparation
Once an order has been confirmed, it is automatically processed by our premium fulfilment service and prepared for dispatch. Any request to modify or cancel the order after this stage creates additional operational costs, particularly if the shipping address has already been updated or the parcel has been transferred to our logistics partner.
If an order is cancelled after confirmation and shipping preparation has begun, we reserve the right to deduct a flat fee of £4.99 from the refund to cover external logistics and handling costs.
This policy only applies where the order can no longer be stopped in time or where manual intervention (such as an address correction or shipping process modification) has already been required.
📦 Cancellation After Order Confirmation & Shipping Preparation
Once your order has been placed, it is automatically processed within 2 hours and transferred to our fulfilment partner to ensure fast delivery.
After this period, orders can no longer be cancelled, as the shipping process has already begun.
Where applicable under UK consumer law, the order will be shipped as placed, and any refund request will be handled under our Returns Policy once the item has been returned.
📝 Processing and dispatch records (including tracking information and dispatch timestamps) are retained and can be provided upon request.
This policy ensures fairness for all customers while allowing us to maintain an efficient fulfilment process.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If a parcel is returned to us because of:
- an incorrect or incomplete shipping address;
- or because the recipient was unavailable for an extended period,
there is no automatic entitlement to a refund.
In these situations, we can arrange a new shipment (to the original or a corrected address), although additional shipping charges may apply. Refunds cannot be claimed solely because the parcel was returned under these circumstances.
Every shipment is documented using photographs, tracking numbers and shipping records. In the event of a dispute, we rely on the official information supplied by our delivery partners.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include applicable VAT where required.
Shipping costs are calculated separately and clearly displayed before checkout.
AlphaCore reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, the price paid at checkout remains the price applicable to your order.
Orders
An order is considered confirmed once:
- The customer has accepted these Terms & Conditions;
- Payment has been successfully completed;
- An order confirmation email has been sent by AlphaCore.
AlphaCore reserves the right to cancel any order in the following situations:
- Ongoing disputes with the customer;
- Previous unpaid or partially paid orders.
Payment
Payments can be made online using credit/debit cards, PayPal or any other payment methods available on the website.
All transactions are processed through secure payment providers.
AlphaCore does not store payment information.
Delivery
Products are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.
We always aim to deliver as quickly as possible but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties, including couriers, customs authorities or severe weather conditions.

Right to Cancel
In accordance with applicable UK consumer legislation, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right to cancel where applicable.
Return Conditions
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging and returned with all accessories.
- Please contact us within 14 days at contact@alphacore.shop.
- 💡 Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Warranty
All AlphaCore products benefit from the statutory consumer rights applicable under UK law.
- Faulty Goods: Refund or replacement for defective or damaged products.
- Hidden Defects: Refund or replacement where significant manufacturing defects are identified.

Liability
AlphaCore cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of its products.
We are also not responsible for technical issues such as internet outages, viruses or cyber-attacks affecting access to the website.
